摘要
大学生都有自己人生目标,这对其学习以及素质培养起到了重要的指导作用。学生的综合素质要有所提高,就需要对就业指导教育高度重视,其中,职业生涯规划是其中的重要内容。将就业指导教育体系建立起来,将学生的职业生涯规划纳入其中,改变传统的就业指导教育模式,更多地倾向于学生的就业,让学生毕业后更好地就业。大学注重学生职业能力的培养,职业生涯规划当然是重点教育内容。该论文着重研究在新媒体环境下,大学就业指导教育和职业生涯规划方面的问题。
College students have their own life goals,which play an important guiding role in their learning and quality training.To improve students’comprehensive quality,we need to attach great importance to career guidance education.Career planning is an important part of it.The employment guidance education system should be set up,and students’career planning should be included,changing the traditional employment guidance education mode,and more inclined to the employment of students,so that students can better obtain employment after graduation.The university pays attention to the cultivation of students’professional ability,and career planning is of course the key content of education.This thesis focuses on the problems of university employment guidance education and career planning in the new media environment.
