虚拟现实技术构建的前列腺教学模型在教学培训中的应用 被引量:1

Application of prostatic teaching model constructed by virtual reality technology in education and training

摘要 目的:探讨采用虚拟现实(VR)技术构建的前列腺教学模型对泌尿外科硕士研究生和规培生掌握前列腺解剖结构及经尿道前列腺剜除术过程方面的教学效果。方法:将2021年1月至2022年7月该院泌尿外科在读硕士研究生和规培生随机分为两组,对照组(传统教学方法)、观察组(VR技术教学),培训结束后,比较两组学生理论知识和手术操作掌握程度的差异性。结果:两组学生培训开始前,年龄、学历、性别、理论知识成绩无显著差异。培训结束后,观察组相比对照组学生对理论知识的掌握程度[(87.2±2.2)分vs.(78.2±3.5)分]、对手术操作的掌握程度[(87.7±4.1)分vs.(76.3±4.9)分]和对教学的满意度都高[(94.9±3.7)分vs.(86.9±3.3)分],差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:初步验证了采用VR技术可有效提高泌尿外科在读硕士研究生和规培生对前列腺解剖结构及经尿道前列腺剜除术过程的教学效果,有助于更牢固地掌握前列腺解剖结构及前列腺剜除术过程,并提高学生对教学的满意度。 Objective:To investigate the teaching effect of the prostate teaching model constructed with virtual reality(VR)technology on master students and training students of urology in mastering the anatomical structure of the prostate and the process of transurethral prostatectomy.Methods:From January 2021 to July 2022,the postgraduate students and standardized training of residents in urology department of Chinese PLA General Hospital were randomly divided into the control group(traditional teaching method)and the treated group(VR technology teaching).At the both beginning and end of training,the differences of theoretical knowledge grades between the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in age,educational background and gender between the two groups.Difference of theoretical knowledge level between two groups was not significantly at the beginning of training,while at the end of training,the theoretical knowledge level of the treated group shows significantly better than those of the control group(87.2±2.2 versus 78.2±3.5,P<0.001),the operation of the treated group shows significantly better than those of the control group(87.7±4.1 versus 76.3±4.9,P<0.001)and the teaching satisfaction of the treated group shows significantly better than those of the control group(94.9±3.7 versus 86.9±3.3,P<0.001).Conclusion:It was preliminarily verified that the use of VR technology could effectively improve the teaching effect of prostate anatomy and transurethral enucleation of the prostate in urologic surgery for master's degree students and training students,which could help to grasp the prostate anatomy and enucleation of the prostate more securely,and improve the students'satisfaction with the teaching.
