摘要
近年光声成像技术(PAI)凭借其优异的光学分子特异性和深层组织成像能力成为一种新兴的医学成像工具。光声成像技术可提供多种内源性和外源性对比度,这种优异的特性极大地促进了其在临床的发展。泌尿系统肿瘤由于病变会产生异常化学物质的积累,光声成像技术对这些化学物质具有特异性选择性,结合光谱分析、深度学习等智能手段可对组织中的异常做出判断,为外科医师提供更多信息,可对泌尿系统肿瘤进行辅助诊断和穿刺活检指导。本文对光声成像技术进行了介绍,并总结了光声成像技术在泌尿外科领域的应用。
Recently,photoacoustic imaging(PAI)has been emerging as an unique noninvasive biomedical imaging tool with strong molecular selectivity and deep tissue penetration.Photoacoustic imaging provides endogenous and exogenous contrast,and this feature greatly promoted its clinical development.Abnormal chemical accumulation in tumors of urinary system can be detected by photoacoustic imaging.Combined with intelligent methods,such as spectral analysis and deep learning,photoacoustic imaging can realize localization,diagnosis,preoperative staging of tumor.This article introduces the photoacoustic imaging and summarizes the application of photoacoustic imaging in urology.
