机器人辅助腹腔镜同种异体肾移植术的早中期结果 被引量:8

Early and Mid-Term Results of Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Kidney Transplantation

摘要 目的:评估机器人肾移植术围手术期及早中期结果。方法:2018年3月-2019年1月泌尿外科完成8例机器人辅助腹腔镜同种异体肾移植术,其中男5例,女3例,回顾性分析全部患者的临床资料及术后随访结果,数据用平均值及标准差表示。患者年龄(26±6)岁,体质量指数(20.3±4.1)kg/m^(2),术前血肌酐(1043.2±253.6)μmol/L。供者左肾全部经后腹腔切取。结果:8例患者全部顺利完成手术,术后7 d血肌酐(110.6±29.7)μmol/L;术后1年血肌酐(106.1±20.8)μmol/L;术后2年血肌酐(6例)(104.4±24.7)μmol/L。手术总时间(169.4±25.4)min,热缺血时间(1.6±0.7)min,复温时间(45±6)min。结论:机器人同种异体肾移植术安全、可行,术后并发症发生率低,康复快,移植肾中短期存活良好。 Objective:To evaluate perioperative and early postoperative robotic kidney transplantation outcomes.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and postoperative follow-up outcomes of 8 patients who underwent robotic kidney transplantation in Chinese PLA General Hospital from Mar.2018 to Mar.2019.Data were expressed as mean and standard deviation.The age was(26±6)years old.Body mass index(BMI)was(20.3±4.1)kg/m^(2).Preoperative serum creatinine was(1043.2±253.6)μmol/L.All the donors underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic left living donor nephrectomy.Results:All 8 patients completed the operation successfully.The serum creatinine was(110.6±29.7)μmol/L on postoperative day 7,(106.1±20.8)μmol/L at 1-year follow-up,and(104.4±24.7)μmol/L at 2-year follow-up(6 cases).The total operation time was(169.4±25.4)min,the warm ischemia time was(1.6±0.7)min,and the re-warming time was(45±6)min.Conclusions:Robotic kidney transplantation is safe and feasible.Postoperative complication rate is low and postoperative recovery is rapid.The short-to medium-term renal transplantation survives well.
