摘要
针对微变形目标高精度测量的困难问题,本文提出了一种3mm高精度微变形测量系统。系统采用毫米波相控阵雷达,综合了毫米波和相控阵雷达的优点,可实现大范围、快速、高精度的检测。具体方案为发射采用相控阵技术,安放在被测区域正前方一定距离,通过控制各发射支路移相及幅度衰减,分区域照射需要测量的范围。接收采用多路宽波束接收,接收天线根据发射照射的区域选择对应接收支路工作。接收到被测目标反射回波后,通过干涉测量的原理计算相对位移,实现对微小变形物体相对位移的实时高精度测量。
To solve the Hard problem of consciousness problem of high-precision measurement of micro deformable objects,a 3mm high-precision micro deformation measurement system is proposed in this paper.The system adopts millimeter wave phased array radar,which combines the advantages of millimeter wave and phased array radar,and can achieve largescale,fast,and high-precision detection.The specific plan is to use phased array technology for transmission,which is placed directly in front of the measured area at a certain distance.By controlling the phase shift and amplitude attenuation of each transmission branch,the range to be measured is illuminated in different regions.The reception adopts multi-channel wide beam reception,and the receiving antenna selects the corresponding receiving branch to work according to the area of transmission and illumination.After receiving the reflected echo from the tested antenna,the relative displacement is calculated using the principle of interferometry,achieving real-time and high-precision measurement of the relative displacement of small deformed objects.
