X波段线性调频信号源的设计

摘要 提出了一种基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)与锁相环(PLL)相结合的X波段线性调频信号源设计方案。设计高性能的锁相环本振源,将DDS产生的低频线性调频(LFM)信号经二次变频搬移到X波段。实物测试结果表明该方案很好地满足了对X波段线性调频信号源的要求。 A X-band frequency synthesizer scheme for linear frequency modulation(LFM)signal source combining direct digital synthesis(DDS)and phase-locked loop(PLL)is proposed in this paper.The high performance local oscillator is designed and low LFM signal produced by DDS is converted into X band by double conversion.The test results show that the proposed scheme meets the demands of chirp signal.
