摘要
目的:总结李晓燕教授从营卫论治老年失眠的临床经验。方法:以中医营卫与寤寐理论为依据,阐述营卫与寤寐的生理病理关系。通过搜集整理门诊病案,分析总结李老师论治老年失眠的思想及用药经验,并附验案佐证。结果:营卫与寤寐关系密切,一是以卫气为主导的寤寐生理关系,二是以阳盛阴衰为基本病机的老年失眠。李晓燕教授基于营卫失和导致失眠的重要病机,在治疗老年失眠时,以调和营卫为先,配合补、引、清等中医治法,主次兼顾,治疗老年不寐。结论:李晓燕教授以营卫为先论治老年失眠,临床特色突出,疗效颇佳,其经验值得我辈认真研习和推广。
Objective:To discuss Professor Li Xiaoyan's clinical experience in treating senile insomnia from Yingwei.Methods:Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the physiological and pathological relationship between Yingwei and sleep was expounded.Through collecting and sorting out outpatient medical records,the author analyzed and summarized Teacher Li's thoughts and experience of medication in treating senile insomnia,and attached evidence to the case.Results:The relationship between Yingwei and sleep is close.One is the physiological relationship of sleep and sleep dominated by Wei Qi,the other is the senile insomnia with Yang and Yin as the basic pathogenesis.Based on the important pathogenesis of insomnia caused by the imbalance of Yingwei,Professor Li Xiaoyan in the treatment of insomnia in the elderly,to reconcile Yingwei as the first,with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment such as supplementing,inducing and clearing,taking into account the primary and secondary,to treat insomnia in the elderly.Conclusion:Professor Li Xiaoyan's treatment of senile insomnia with Yingwei as the first,the clinical characteristics are outstanding,the effect is quite good,his experience is worthy of our study and promotion.
