摘要
目的:探讨芪归银治疗脓毒症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2018年10月—2020年10月收治的61例脓毒症患者,采用随机纸片法分为观察组(31例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用亚胺培南治疗,观察组采用亚胺培南联合芪归银治疗。比较两组治疗前后C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、血乳酸水平,比较两组临床治疗有效率。结果:治疗后,两组C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、血乳酸均低于治疗前,且观察组C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、血乳酸均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪归银治疗脓毒症可以降低C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、血乳酸水平,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore clinical effect detection of treatment sepsis by Qiguiyin.Methods:The 61 patients with sepsis admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,observation group 31 cases and control group 30 cases.The patients in the control group received IMIPENEM treatment,the patients in the observation group received IMIPENEM combined Qiguiyin treatment.The C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,lactic acid of two group patients before and after the treatment were compared,the clinical treatment effect rate of two group patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,lactic acid of two group patients were lower than those before treatment,then C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,lactic acid of observation group patients were lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).clinical treatment effect rate of observation group patients were higher than those of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients of sepsis by Qiguiyin treatment can decrease C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,lactic acid,increase clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application.
