摘要 目的:探究真武汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对患者血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:回顾性分析本院2020年2月—2021年2月收治的97例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,将采用西医常规治疗的48例纳入甲组,将采用真武汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗的49例纳入乙组,对比两组治疗前后的B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,相比甲组,乙组BNP、hs-CRP水平较低,治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,有助于促进心功能及炎症反应的改善。
