Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of the common heart disease morbidity and mortality is also on the rise year by year in recent years, one of the main treatment method for percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and achieved good curative effect, but the postoperative restenosis(ISR)is still one of the major problems that affect sufferers,in this article, through the literature, the etiology and pathogenesis of PCI postoperative restenosis, the paper summarizes research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, draw the conclusion:the disease of the basic pathogenesis of original virtual standard real,on the basis of virtual metaplasia and qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm turbidity and toxin factor such as evil, factors, and for the disease. In clinical practice,Chinese patent medicine and Chinese medicine decoction are used for treatment, and the common drugs are Salvia miltiorrhiza, astragalus,Angelica angelica and Ligusticum chuanxiong.Although Chinese patent medicine is convenient to carry,it can’t accurately identify the symptoms.TCM decoction is applied in differentiation of symptoms and signs, mainly in"heart, spleen and kidney",replenishing heart qi,regulating spleen and stomach, replenishing kidney and helping Yang, activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals on the basis of replenishing deficiency,so as to remove pathogenic factors.
