摘要
目的:探讨西医基础上联用肾衰方、穴位敷贴治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年9月—2020年9月我院收治的60例慢性肾脏病患者随机分为对照组(30例,西医基础治疗+肾衰方)和观察组(30例,西医基础治疗+肾衰方+穴位敷贴),对比两组疗效。结果:治疗前两组中医症候积分、肾功能、生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗观察组中医症候积分、肾功能、生活质量均得到显著改善(P<0.05),治疗后观察组中医症候积分(12.53±3.61)、肾功能(BUN:6.99±1.19,Scr:108.61±7.84,eGFR:61.15±3.55)、生活质量(89.76±3.05)均显著优于对照组(t=4.904,2.518,7.043,8.865,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%,28/30)显著高于对照组(73.33%,22/30)(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论:在西医基础上联用肾衰方、穴位敷贴治疗慢性肾脏病安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of kidney failure prescription combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)based on western medicine. Methods:60 patients with CKD admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases,basic western medicine treatment + kidney failure prescription)and the observation group(30 cases,basic Western medicine treatment + kidney failure prescription + acupoint application),and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,renal function and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the TCM syndrome score,renal function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05),after treatment,the observation group TCM syndrome score(12.53±3.61),renal function(BUN:6.99±1.19,Scr:108.61±7.84,eGFR:61.15±3.55),The quality of life(89.76±3.05)were significantly better than the control group(t=4.904,2.518,7.043,8.865,P<0.05). The total effective rate of 93.33%(28/30) in the observation group was significantly higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Kidney failure prescription combined with acupoint application is safe and effective in the treatment of CKD on the basis of western medicine,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
