摘要
【目的】研究不同类型补光灯对迷你型黄瓜植株光合特性、生长指标、果实品质及产量的影响,为冬季日光温室迷你型黄瓜栽培补光灯的选择提供参考。【方法】以迷你型黄瓜“托尼”为供试材料,在日光温室内进行冬季补光试验,共设2个类型的补光灯处理,分别为三基色补光灯(T1)、激光植物生长灯(T2),以不补光为对照(CK),测定不同处理迷你型黄瓜植株的光合参数、形态指标及果实的品质和产量。【结果】与自然光照相比,冬季适当补光可以显著增加植株的生长与产量,T1、T2处理产量分别比CK增加71.7%和40.3%,T1处理产量比T2增加22.4%。三基色补光灯更有利于提高迷你型黄瓜植株的光合性能、形态指标及产量,T1处理的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和净光合速率均显著高于T2处理和CK;T1、T2处理迷你型黄瓜果实Vc含量与CK间差异不显著,硝酸盐、可滴定酸含量显著低于对照,T1、T2处理果实的硝酸盐含量和可滴定酸含量分别比CK低36.4%、25.4%和27.5%、30.0%。【结论】三基色补光灯较适于在实际生产中为植物补光,可有效解决因光照不足、温度低而影响冬季日光温室蔬菜生长的问题,尤其是对温度和光照敏感的迷你型黄瓜植株的生长有明显的促进作用,并可显著提高果实产量。
[Objective]The study investigated the effects of different supplemental lighting types on growth,photosynthesis,quality and yield of mini cucumber to provide reference for selecting supplemental lighting for mini cucumber in winter in greenhouse.[Method]Taking'Tuoni'cucumber variety as experimental material,different supplemental lighting types were tested to examine the effects on morphology,photosynthetic parameter,quality and yield of mini cucumber in winter in greenhouse.Two treatments were set including three primary colors light lamp(T1),plant laser light(T2)and without lamp(CK).[Result]The results showed that compared with CK in winter in greenhouse,supplemental lighting can significantly increase plant growth and yield,which was T1>T2>CK.Compared with CK,the yields of T1 and T2 treatments increased by 71.7%and 40.3%,respectively;The yield of T1 was 22.4%higher than that of T2.Three primary colors light lamp was the best to improve the morphology,photosynthetic parameter and yield of cucumber;The Tr,Gs and Pn of T1 treatment were significantly higher than that those of T2 and CK treatments;Compared with the CK treatment,there was no significant difference in Vc content,but Nitrate and Organic acid were significantly lower than CK treatment.[Conclusion]Three primary colors light lamp is a more suitable supplemental lighting for production can effectively solve the problem of insufficient light and low temperature,which affects the production of vegetables in winter in greenhouse.Especially for temperature and light sensitive mini cucumber have has greater influence.
