富血小板血浆联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射对膝骨关节炎膝关节功能及疼痛的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析富血小板血浆联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射对膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能及疼痛的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究,在2016年9月至2017年9月期间根据本研究相关标准纳入膝骨关节炎患者105例,用随机数字表法分为3组,各组35例;A组采用膝关节注射5 ml自体富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP),B组采用膝关节内注射2 ml玻璃酸钠(hyaluronic acid sodium,HA)治疗,C组采用5 ml膝关节内PRP注射10 min后注射2 ml HA。每周治疗1次,共治疗5周。使用Lysholm膝节评分系统评估患者膝关节功能恢复情况,使用WOMAC评估膝骨关节炎炎症严重程度。观察时间为治疗前、治疗后1、3及6个月。结果3组治疗后Lysholm分值逐渐升高,C组较B组和C组高;治疗后3组WOMAC分值均逐渐降低,C组较A组和B组低;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富血小板血浆联合玻璃酸钠关节内注射能促进膝关节功能恢复,值得推广。
