摘要
目的:通过对12例膀胱疼痛综合征病人的骶神经刺激治疗前后的症状比较,观察骶神经刺激治疗膀胱疼痛综合征的疗效。方法:观察骶神经刺激治疗12例膀胱疼痛综合征的病人,比较治疗前后的排尿日记、生活质量调查问卷、膀胱过度活动症评分表(Overactive Bladder Symptom Score,OABSS)。结果:经过骶神经刺激治疗,12例膀胱疼痛综合征病人的临床症状均有较为显著的改观,疼痛基本减轻或消失,排尿次数与排尿量均得到改善,尿急程度减轻。结论:骶神经刺激治疗可以明显的改善和减轻膀胱疼痛综合征病人的临床症状。
Objective:Compared the efficacy between and after the treatment of sacral nerve stimylation for 12 patients who have the bladder pain syndrome,to To assess the efficacy of bladder pain syndrome in patients with sacral nerve stimylation.Methods:Observation 12 patients who have the bladder pain syndrome used the treatment of sacral nerve stimylation,compared the voiding diary,quality of life questionnaire,OABSS.Results:By the treatment of sacral nerve stimylation,the clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved,the pain was basically reduced or disappeared.Conclusion:Sacral nerve stimulation therapy can significantly improve and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with bladder pain syndrome.
