摘要
为了提高农业机械零部件的加工效率,将数字化技术引入到了零部件加工工序的设计中,并提出了基于数学建模的加工工序优化方法。为了验证该方法的可行性,以农业机械零部件数字化设计过程中工序设计为例,建立了工序优化的数学模型,并以加工时间最短为优化目标,建立了目标函数。最后,采用UG软件对工序优化效果进行了验证,并对加工轨迹和加工时间进行了仿真模拟,结果表明:采用UG软件可以成功地实现刀具走刀轨迹的模拟,利用数学建模方法对农业机械零部件加工工序进行优化后,可以有效地提高零部件的加工效率,对于农业机械数字化设计的实现具有重要的意义。
In order to improve the processing efficiency of agricultural machinery parts,it introduced the digital technology into the design of parts processing process.And is put forward the optimization method of processing process based on mathematical modeling.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,the mathematical model of process optimization is established by taking the process design of agricultural machinery parts as an example,and the objective function is established with the shortest processing time as the optimization objective.Finally,the effect of process optimization is verified by UG software,and the processing trajectory and processing time are simulated.The simulation results show that the tool trajectory can be successfully simulated by UG software.After optimizing the processing process of agricultural machinery parts by using mathematical modeling method,the processing efficiency of parts can be effectively improved.For agriculture,the simulation results show that the tool trajectory can be successfully realized by UG software.It is of great significance for the realization of industrial machinery digital design.
