摘要
人与环境的匹配程度是影响员工态度和行为的主要因素,人与环境匹配问题在企业管理、心理和职业咨询等领域备受重视。以互联网、大数据、云计算和人工智能为依托的数字技术带来了人机交互、远程办公、数据监控以及虚拟雇佣等新工作情境,并引起了人与环境匹配的新变化。企业管理者和员工需要通过提升组织韧性和数据意义挖掘能力,树立重视数据安全、企业与员工协同共生的管理理念,以及建立人机协同共生的认知,应对数字经济背景下人与环境匹配的新变化。
The degree of person-environment fit is the main factor that affects employees’attitude and behavior,and the problem of person-environment fit has been paid more and more attention in the fields of business management,psychology and career counseling.Digital technology based on internet,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence has brought new work situations such as human-computer interaction,telecommuting,data monitoring and virtual employment,and caused new changes in the person-environment fit.Enterprise managers and employees need to improve organizational resilience and data meaning mining ability,establish the management concept of attaching importance to data security,collaborative symbiosis between enterprises and employees,and establish the cognition of man-machine symbiosis,to cope with the new changes of person-environment fit in the context of digital economy.
