摘要
将核心素养理解为必备品格、关键能力成为了基础教育改革过程中的共识性观念。这一理解的关键是建立在实体思维基础上,从实体内容、形式两个层面确证出这一观念的合理性,究其实旨在于回答"核心素养有什么"。超越实体思维的理解,对核心素养本质的再认识有必要基于实践思维的立场,旨在揭示核心素养作为道德性地运用知识解决问题的能力所内蕴的功能取向、行动立场、整体视野与生成过程等本质特性,并基于结构与功能、整体与部分、过程与实体相结合的方法论认识核心素养的复杂性以及厘清核心素养与必备品格、关键能力的区别与联系。
Key competence,as essential character and key abilities,became a consensual understanding concept in reform practices of Basic Education.This understanding proved its rationality based on the content and form of the perspective of substance thinking,but actually answering the question:"What does key competence have?".To transcend its limitation,it was necessary to re-know the essence of key competence from the perspective of practice and better to uncover its characteristics of the function-oriented,the position of action,the integration perspective and the generative process and to know its complexity from the methodology of the integration of the structure and function,the whole and parts,the process and entity and distinguish the difference and relationship between key competence and essential character,key abilities.
