摘要
基于政策文本分析视角,通过NVivo11软件对2012—2022年由国家发布的关于应用型高校教师教学发展的17份政策进行编码分析研究,形成由横向X维度的四种政策工具和纵向Y维度的六项政策内容组成的分析框架。研究结果显示:关于应用型高校教师教学发展的政策中,四种政策工具的使用频率失衡;政策内容趋于完善,但教师纵向发展体系不够畅通;政策内容中更加重视保障教师权益;教师教学发展政策的时代性特征明显。建议后续政策应注意政策工具的合理分配,对职后教师培养应加强关注,增强职后教师培训成长体系的建构。
From the perspective of policy text analysis,17 policies on the teaching development of college teachers issued by the state from 2012 to 2022 were coded,analyzed and studied through nvivo11 software,forming an analytical framework of four policy tools in the horizontal x dimension and six policy contents in the vertical y dimension.The results show that the use frequency of the four policy tools is unbalanced in the policies on the teaching development of college teachers;the content of the policy tends to be perfect,but the vertical development system of teachers is not smooth enough;the content of the policy pays more attention to the rights and interests of teachers;the policy of teaching development of teachers has obvious characteristics of times.It is recommended that the following policy should be paid attention to the reasonable distribution of policy tools,and the cultivation of teachers should be strengthened and the construction of the teacher training and development system should be strengthened in the post-job training.
