摘要
高校立身之本在于立德树人,而心理育人是立德树人的重要环节。基于积极心理学理念,心理育人工作需要改变以往以心理问题学生为主要工作对象的工作模式,丰富心理健康教育的内容,将心理育人贯穿教育的全过程。立足高职院校育人实际,可以从以下三方面着手提升心理育人工作实效:注重心理活动,获取积极情感体验;注重朋辈力量,培养积极人格特质;注重人际关系,创造积极环境。
Fostering virtue through education is the foundation for universities and colleges and psychological education is an important part of it.Based on the concept of positive psychology,the work of psychological education needs to change the previous working mode of taking students with psychological problems as the main object of work,enrich the content of mental health education,and make psychological education run through the whole process of education.Based on the reality of higher vocational education,the effectiveness of psychological education can be improved by attaching importance to psychological activities to obtain positive experience,paying attention to peer strength to cultivate positive personality traits and laying emphasis on interpersonal relationships to create a positive environment.
