高职院校在实践中提升学生职业核心能力的探索 被引量:3

Exploration on Improving Students’ Professional Core Competence in Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 目前,我国高职院校职业核心能力培养存在培养角度差异化、培养重视不足、评价体系落后等方面的问题,导致高职院校毕业生就业质量不高、就业工资和企业满意度较低、就业后晋升难度较大等问题。从"管理养成""课程点拨""实践历练""能力认证"等方面来加强高职学生职业核心能力的培养,可以促进高职学生的职业发展,提升其未来就业的竞争力。 At present, the problems of vocational core competence training in higher vocational colleges in China include differences in training angles, insufficient emphasis on training, and severely backward evaluation systems, which have led to poor employment quality, low employment compensation, and low corporate satisfaction of graduates from vocational colleges, difficult promotion after employment and other issues. Strengthening the vocational core competence of higher vocational students from the aspects of "management development" "course appropriation" "practical experience", and "ability certification" can promote the vocational development of higher vocational students and enhance the competitiveness of future employment.
