摘要
本文就"解决中国问题,贡献中国智慧",对当前我国组织管理研究进行若干思考。经过多年发展,我国人力资源主体结构发生了根本变化,目前14%是受过本科或以上教育的专业人士,35%是受过专科和中专中职教育的工匠人士。同时,考察世界顶尖大学组织管理学者的研究主题发现,所处社会的特定问题(如种族问题)和工作场所的道德问题,以及传统管理命题(如战略过程)和新技术带来的管理问题,是最为关注的主题。因此本文提出,当前我国组织管理研究,既要关注中国本土情境、聚焦中国问题、开展基础性的研究(如工匠精神和专业主义)和加强工作场所的道德研究,又要关注情境无关的研究,特别是新技术下的组织管理新问题(如平台管理、人工智能道德)。
Focusing on how to contribute China's wisdom through solving China's issues,I deliver some thoughts on the management and organization research in current China.After decades of development,the structure of China's main human resources has undergone fundamental changes.At present,14%of them are professionals with bachelor's degree or above education,and 35%of them are craftsmen with junior college or secondary vocational education.Meanwhile,by examining the research topics of management and organization scholars in the world's top university,I found that the social specific problems(such as race issues)and workplace morality issues,as well as the traditional management topics(such as strategic process)and the management problems brought by new technologies are the most concerned topics.Therefore,I propose that the current organizational management research in China should not only carry out basic research(such as craftsmanship and professionalism)and strengthen the workplace morality research by focusing on the indigenous contexts and issues,but also pay attention to the context-free research,especially to the new management and organization problems under the new technologies(such as platform management,artificial intelligence ethics).
