摘要
基于对企业危机管理能力理论研究和实践探索现状及问题的分析,本文从组织学习的视角出发,整合员工个人、团队和企业组织之间的跨层次危机管理探索性学习和应用性学习过程,并通过组织学习过程与危机管理能力成长过程之间的跨层次正向增强循环映射,解析了企业危机感知能力、危机预防能力和危机应对能力的螺旋式递进成长机理,提出了企业危机管理能力成长模型。在理论方面,促进了对危机演变过程及企业危机管理能力成长过程的动态复杂性特征的系统思考;在实践方面,提出了全新的企业危机管理能力分析框架,使企业能够通过危机感知、预防、应对能力,以及危中找机能力的持续提升安渡危机,发现并抓住危机情境中潜在的发展机遇,实现从优秀到卓越的飞跃。
Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of theoretical research and practical exploration of enterprise crisis management capabilities,this paper integrates the cross-level crisis management exploratory learning and applied learning processes among individual employees,teams and enterprise organizations from the perspective of organizational learning.Through the cross-level positive reinforcement circular mapping between the organizational learning process and the crisis management capability growth process,the paper analyzes the spiral progressive growth mechanism of enterprise crisis perception ability,crisis prevention ability and crisis response ability,and proposes a"capacity growth model"of enterprise crisis management.This model can not only help promote the systematic thinking on the dynamic complexity of the crisis evolution process and the growth process of enterprise crisis management ability,but also propose a new analysis framework for enterprise crisis management capabilities,which facilitates crisis perceiving,preventing and acting ability in the enterprises,helping them achieve a qualitative leap in crisis management by discovering and grasping potential new opportunities in crisis situations through the improvement of creative capabilities.
