新中国70年民族地区教师研究的逻辑演进及发展趋向 被引量:3

Logical Evolution and Development Trend of Teacher Research in Ethnic Areas of New China in the Past 70 Years

摘要 本文主要采取文献分析法,对新中国成立70年来民族地区教师研究的逻辑演进进行阶段性分析,并根据前期研究不足和新时代民族地区教师发展需求,探讨未来民族地区教师研究的主流趋向。研究发现,70年来我国民族地区教师研究大致经历了教师教育建制研究(1949—1999年)、教师素质全面提升研究(2000—2009年)、教师多维专业发展研究(2010年至今)三个历史阶段,具体涉及民族地区教师的多元文化素养、心理健康、双语教学、教师专业发展、农村教师流动、教师资源配置及激励管理等方面;研究者开始从单一文献研究走向调查研究再到综合多种研究方法来研究民族地区教师问题,研究范式从定性研究走向定性和定量相结合的实证研究。展望未来民族地区教师研究趋向,学者需要在"理论自信"引领下进一步提高民族地区教师研究的理论水平,在乡村振兴战略实施背景下强化民族地区乡村教师研究,从"一带一路"建设与中华民族共同体构建维度推进民族地区教师跨文化研究,并在研究方法上更加多元综合,从而更好地服务于新时代民族地区教师队伍的高质量建设。 Through literature review,the article makes analysis on the logical evolution of teacher research in ethnic minority areas in the past 70 years since the setting up of People‘s Republic of China and explores the future trend of teachers’research in ethnic regions.It is found that in the past 70 years,the research of teachers in ethnic areas in China has roughly gone through three historical stages:the research on the system of teacher education,the study on the overall improvement of teachers’quality,and the research on teachers’multi-dimensional professional development.They are related to aspects of multicultural quality,mental health,bilingual teaching,and professional development of teachers,rural teacher mobility,teacher resource allocation and incentive management.Accordingly,researchers also began to study teachers in ethnic areas from a single literature research to a variety of research methods,and the research paradigm changed from qualitative research to combination of qualitative and quantitative empirical research.Looking forward to the future trend of teacher research in ethnic areas,scholars need to further improve the theoretical level of teacher research in ethnic areas adhering to"theory confidence";strengthen the study of rural teachers in ethnic areas under the background of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization;promote cross cultural research from dimension of"Belt and Road"initiative and the construction of the Chinese national community.It is expected to attain more diversified and comprehensive research methods,so as to better serve high quality development of teachers in ethnic areas in the new era.
