摘要
针对神东矿区掘进工作面粉尘防治难度大的问题,对超远距离掘进工作面粉尘来源及影响关键因素进行了分析,提出了一套适合神东矿区的通风除尘、研发新装备、及其他降尘捕尘等多项技术,对技术在现场应用过程中进行了效果考察,结果显示此除尘降尘技术虽然取得了较理想的效果,但最终未能彻底解决煤矿粉尘问题,最后提出以“人员彻底与粉尘隔绝”为理念,以智能化技术应用为突破口彻底解决煤矿粉尘问题的思路。
In view of the difficulty of prevention and control of dust in Shendong mining area,the source of dust in ultra-long-distance tunneling work and the key factors affecting it were analyzed,and a set of ventilation and dust removal,research and development of new equipment,and other dust suppression and catchment suitable for Shendong mining area were proposed.A number of technologies such as dust have been investigated in the field application process.The results show that although the technology has achieved satisfactory results,it has not completely solved the coal mine dust problem.Finally,it is proposed to“completely isolate personnel from dust”as an example.The idea is to use the application of intelligent technology as a breakthrough to completely solve the problem of coal mine dust.
