穿层巷道过软岩段掘进技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 巷道下水平开拓掘进过程中,穿层巷道岩性变化较快,且变化过程中可能伴随着软岩及硬岩的掘进,在硬岩巷道掘进过程中,施工难点在于掘进设备能否满足岩性硬度的要求,软岩巷道施工则需要考虑顶、帮支护的问题。哈拉沟煤矿下水平开拓掘进过程中遇到膨润土,膨润土遇水膨胀,不仅在掘进过程中造成底板泥化,随着掘进过程中,膨润土层位发生变化,给巷道顶、帮支护造成极大的困难,为了保证巷道顶、帮支护达到可靠的效果,根据膨润土所在层位的变化,不断调整支护设计,最终保证掘进工作面顺利、安全通过膨润土影响区域。 In the process of horizontal development and driving under the roadway,the change of lithology is fast in the crossing roadway,and the change process may be accompanied by the excavation of soft rock and hard rock.In the process of hard rock tunnel excavation,the difficulty of construction lies in whether the driving equipment can meet the requirements of lithology hardness,while the construction of soft rock tunnel needs to consider the problems of top and side support.In the process of horizontal development and excavation in Halagou Coal Mine,bentonite is encountered,and the bentonite expands with water,which not only causes the floor mud in the process of excavation,but also causes great difficulties for the roof and side support of the roadway due to the change of the layer.In order to ensure the reliable effect of the roof and side support of the roadway,the support is adjusted continuously according to the change of the layer where the bentonite is located design,and finally ensure the smooth and safe passage of the driving face through the bentonite affected area.
