伊犁四矿井底车场特殊硐室综掘施工工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 新疆地区条件特殊,炸药监管严格,火工品供应困难,以致爆破技术在煤矿井下施工中难以实施,为克服这些困难完成巷道掘进任务,伊犁四矿井底地质条件特殊,硐室的吸水井、配水巷布置在弱胶结软岩地质中,施工难度大,伊犁四矿改变传统爆破施工配水巷、吸水井的施工工艺,优化设计及施工方案,提出了采用综掘机施工配水巷及吸水井的施工工艺。解决了伊犁四矿采用无爆破技术施工配水巷、吸水井的难题,为西部弱胶结软岩地区无爆破技术施工配水巷、吸水井的推广应用起到了关键作用。 Xinjiang has special conditions,strict supervision of explosives,difficult supply of fire,and blasting technology is difficult to implement in underground coal mine construction.And Yili No.4 Coal Mine has special geological conditions,water injection wells and water distribution roadways were layouted in weak cemented soft rock geological conditions,yet construction is difficult.Yili No.4 Coal Mine reformed the traditional blasting construction technology of water distribution lane and suction well.The design and construction scheme were optimized.The technology of comprehensive excavation to construct water distribution lane and suction well was carried out.The problem of water distribution roadway and suction well construction without blasting technology in Yili No.4 Coal Mine had been solved,which played a key role in the popularization and application of water distribution roadway and suction well construction without blasting technology in weak cemented soft rock area in the west China.
