摘要
数据成为数字经济时代的核心生产要素,数据通过参与企业的生产循环释放要素价值。通过生产要素视角衡量煤炭企业的数据价值,将数据作为生产要素引入企业的生产函数中,采用超越对数随机前沿理论(SFA)对煤炭企业的生产效率进行解构。研究表明,在数据要素投入加大的情况下,企业技术创新能力和效率也随之增加。煤炭企业全要素生产率得到提升,说明数据成为一种新的投入要素,通过与传统生产环节三要素进行合理调配后,能够激发企业的生产潜能,增强企业新的生产能力。
Data becomes a core production factor in the era of digital economy,and data releases factor value by participating in the production cycle of enterprises.Measuring the data value of coal enterprises through the production factor perspective,we introduce data as a production factor into the production function of enterprises,and deconstruct the production efficiency of coal enterprises using beyond logarithmic stochastic frontier theory(SFA).The study shows that the technological innovation ability and efficiency of the enterprise increase under the increased input of data factors.The total factor productivity of coal enterprises is increased.This shows that data becomes a new input factor,which can stimulate the production potential of the enterprise and enhance the new production capacity of the enterprise through rational deployment with the three factors of the traditional production chain.
