摘要
从利用废弃矿井地下空间资源开发仓储功能的适宜性评价的指标、标准及方法展开,首先基于指标间的隶属关系建立了评价指标体系,包括矿井安全稳定程度、闭坑后矿井劣化状况、开发运营条件、地区经营环境4大类共22项指标,并给出了相应的评价标准。运用层次分析法确定了原始指标权重,依托聚类分析得到专家间权重,通过线性加权得到最终指标权重。利用云模型对开发适宜性进行了评价。并对山西焦煤集团某废弃矿井地下空间开发仓储功能适宜性进行了评价,评价结果为较适宜。
This paper focuses on the indicators,criteria,and method of assessing the suitability of using abandoned mines’underground space resources to develop a storage function.Firstly,the evaluation indicators system was established based on the affiliation between the indicators,including a total of 22 indicators from 4 categories,such as the degree of mines safety and stability,the deterioration degree of abandoned mines,development and operation conditions,and the regional operating environment,with corresponding evaluation criteria.Then determine the original indicators weights using analytic hierarchy process,relied on cluster analysis to obtain inter-expert weights,and the linear weighted method to get the final indicators weights.Finally,the development feasibility was evaluated using a cloud model.The feasibility assessment for Shanxi Coking Coal Group Company’s abandoned mines showed more suitable.
