摘要
现代性是一个用以表达现代社会理性的概念。人们采用这个概念,不是为了描述现代社会,而是为了批判与重构现代社会。于是,现代性的批判与重构就成为现代社会变革的内在运动,并在形式上有着时代性和民族性的特点。以这一观点来考察中国现代性的生成,可以看到中国现代性的三个特点。其一,中国的现代性是从新文化运动中生长出来的社会主义理论与中国革命道路的实践相结合的成果,因而是中国社会主义的现代性;其二,中国的现代性不是由科学和民主的概念和口号来标示的,而是一种实践精神,这种实践精神的哲学原则就是:坚持实践是检验真理的标准和矛盾特殊性的复杂性;其三,中国现代性的批判方法是通过认识论的重构、通过思维方式的变革、研究范式的转换而构造自身的未来。这三个特点充分地展示了中国现代性的内在活力,揭示了中国社会主义由革命观念向治理观念转变的内在必然性,也展示了中国特色社会主义与中国革命观念的联系和区别。
Modernity is the concept to express the reason of the modern society. Theaim that People adopt this concept is not to describe the modern society, but to criticizeand reconstruct the modern society. Therefore, the critique/reconstruction of modernityform the internal movement of modern social change and has the characteristics of timesand nationality in form. On the formation of Chinese modernity from this point of view, theChinese modern has three characteristics: firstly, Chinese modernity has the socialist character because it is the results that the socialist theory was combined with Chinese revolutionary road developed in the New Culture Movement;secondly, Chinese modernity is notmarked by the concepts and slogans of science and democracy, but the practical spiritwhose philosophical principle is to persist in the concept that the practice is the only criterion for testing the truth and the concept of the complexity of the particularity of contradiction;thirdly, the critical method of Chinese modernity create itself future by reconstruction of knowledge, change of though method and paradigm. These three characters fully reveal the intrinsic vitality of Chinese modernity, intrinsic necessity of the concept of Chinesesocialism from revolution to governance and the relation and distinction between socialismwith Chinese characteristics and the concept of Chinese revelation.
