摘要
上海是中国共产党的诞生地,也是中国革命红色基因的发源地,红色文化底蕴深厚,“红色源头”特点鲜明,红色资源分布众多。由于历史原因,早期上海红色资源大多分布在公共租界、法租界内,租界不自觉地成为红色革命的发源地。规划租界内红色资源的开发和利用,做好“源头”红色文化的治理,要着力突出红色文化的政治特性,坚持红色旅游的正确方向;着力突出思想特性,搭建起党性教育的特色平台;着力突出文化特性,彰显红色资源的独特价值;着力突出利民特性,带动所在地区的社会发展,让红色文化闪烁新的时代光芒。
Shanghai is the birthplace of the Communist Party of China,as well as the birthplace of the red gene of the Chinese revolution.The red cultural heritage is profound,the“red origin”has distinctive characteristics,and the red resources are abundantly distributed.Due to historical reasons,most of the red resources in early Shanghai were distributed in public and French concessions,which unconsciously became the birthplace of the red revolution.To plan the development and utilization of red resources in the concession,do a good job in the inheritance and promotion of the“source”red gene,we need to focus on highlighting the political characteristics of red culture,adhere to the correct direction of red tourism;highlighting ideological characteristics,and build a characteristic platform for party education;highlighting cultural characteristics and the unique value of red resources;highlighting the characteristics of benefiting the people,drive the social development of the region,and let the red culture shine in a new era.
