神东矿区上湾煤矿沿空留巷技术应用

摘要 针对煤矿巷道的掘进工程量较大,更大程度的提高矿井煤炭的采出率,以神东矿区上湾煤矿12上煤层为研究背景,采用对沿空留巷技术的成本分析、理论计算和工程实例相结合的方法开展研究,通过对12上307、12上308和12上309三个沿空留巷工作面支护工艺、矿压规律等参数的对比分析,总结出了安全、节约、高产高效并满足生产需要的柔模混凝土快速沿空留巷工艺,研究表明,支护技术可靠、沿空留巷工艺成熟,三个工作面的综合利润约8201.4万元,资源回收率能提高6%~7%,经济效益良好,为神东矿区其他矿井提供有益借鉴。 In order to reduce the excavation work in coal mine tunnels and improve coal extraction rate,taking the 12upper coal seam of Shangwan Coal Mine as the research background,cost analysis,theoretical calculation and engineering examples of gob-side entry retaining was conducted.By comparing and analyzing the support technology and mine pressure laws of the three gob-side entry retaining working faces,namely,12Upper 307,12Upper 308 and 12Upper 309 working faces.A safe,economical,high-yield and efficient flexible formwork concrete rapid gob-side entry retaining was summarized to meet production needs.Research results show that the support technology is reliable and the gob-side entry retaining process is mature.The comprehensive profit of the three working faces is about 82.014 million yuan,and the resource recovery rate was increased by 6%to 7%.The economic benefits were favorable,providing reference for other mines in the Shendong mining area.
