摘要
西方马克思主义是国内文论界的热门资源,但它与当下文学理论的体系化构建工作龃龉甚多。以这个问题为起点,本文旨在梳理西方马克思主义在中国文学理论界的发展史,阐释其在不同时期形成不同发展状态的现实原因:20世纪八九十年代,西方马克思主义累于简单化的马克思主义体系,难受审美理论的青睐,却发展了马克思主义的社会批判方法;21世纪以后,西方马克思主义借文化研究而成为理论热点,却因与普遍性的冲突而走向了反体系的道路。本文志在以理论梳理带动资源反思,将西方马克思主义转化到未来文学理论建构的工作中去。
Western Marxism is a popular resource in the field of literary theory in China,but it is at odds with systematic construction.Taking this problem as a starting point,this paper aims to review the history of Western Marxism in the theoretical circle of Chinese literature and explain why it has formed different systems at different times.In the 1980 s and 1990 s,Western Marxism was tired of the simplistic Literary Theory of Marxism;it did not fit with the Literary Theory of Aesthetics.However,it has developed many methods of Marxist social criticism.Nowadays,Western Marxism has become a popular resource in the field of Cultural Studies,but it has lost universality and practicality compared to theory in the past.Finally,this article aims to suggest ways Western Marxism can be transformed for future work in literary theory.
