地采暖木地板缓释特性检测设备研究与开发 被引量:1

Research and development of testing instrument for slow release characteristics of ground heating wood floor

摘要 地采暖木地板是建筑装修领域的重要材料之一,不同的地采暖木地板所用材种并不相同,而木材是一种各向异性材料,其孔隙率、含水率都各不相同,因此不同木地板具有不同的热特性。目前在国内市场,用户只能对地采暖木地板的颜色和种类进行选择,而对地采暖木地板舒适程度尚无评价标准,因此提出一种基于密闭绝热球形腔体的地采暖木地板缓释性能检测设备。运用DS18B20传感器阵列作为设计核心,分别从腔体内部结构、外部结构,传感器阵列设计以及工作原理4个方面对检测设备进行分析与研究。该检测设备可以实现对地采暖木地板热缓释性的检测,能够为我国地采暖木地板行业产品标准化提供依据。 Ground heating wood floor is one of the important materials of building decorates field,different ground heating wood floor uses different material species and the wood is a kind of anisotropic material,its porosity,moisture content are not identical,therefore different wood floor has different thermal characteristics.But currently in the domestic market,the user can only to select type and color of ground heating wood floor,there is no evaluation standard on the comfort level of hearting floor of wood.Therefore,this paper proposes a test equipment for the slow release performance of ground heating wood floor based on a closed and adiabatic spherical cavity.Using DS18B20 sensor array as the design core,the detection equipment is analyzed and studied from the internal structure of the cavity,external structure,sensor array design and working principle of four aspects.This testing equipment can realize the detection of heat slow release of ground heating wood floor,and can provide a basis for the standardization of ground heating wood floor products in China.
