摘要
目的观察健脾益肾方对慢性肾衰竭早期的治疗效果。方法选取收治的78例慢性肾衰患者,随机分组为治疗组、对照组,各39例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,对患者进行营养治疗和药物对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以中医汤剂进行治疗。结果经1个疗程治疗后,两组肾功能指标均有好转,其中治疗组Scr、BUN下降幅度大于对照组,GFR上升幅度大于对照组;两组中医证候评分均下降,治疗组下降幅度大于对照组;治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组;两组生活质量评分均有提高,治疗组评分增加幅度高于对照组。结论健脾益肾方对慢性肾衰竭早期的治疗效果明显,可在一定程度上延缓慢性肾衰竭的病情发展。
Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Yishen Decoction(健脾益肾方)on the early treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods 78 cases of patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 people in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine,nutrition treatment and symptomatic drug treatment,and the observation group was given decoction of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Results After a course of treatment,renal function indexes in both groups were improved,Scr and BUN in the treatment group decreased more than that in the control group,while GFR increased more than that in the control group.The symptom scores of TCM in both groups decreased,and the decrease rate in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.The quality of life scores in both groups were improved,and the increase rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Decoction has obvious effect on the early treatment of chronic renal failure,and can delay the progression of chronic renal failure to a certain extent.
