摘要
卵巢癌的病死率位居妇科肿瘤之首,严重威胁女性健康和生命。近年来,肿瘤微环境逐渐被认为在卵巢癌转移中具有关键作用。免疫微环境作为肿瘤微环境有机整体的重要组成部分,免疫抑制性细胞和分子、相关细胞因子及外泌体的肿瘤免疫交互作用,为卵巢癌侵袭和转移提供有利条件。中医药调节肿瘤免疫微环境具有多系统、多靶点、多环节、整体性等特点,该文就围绕肿瘤免疫抑制微环境与卵巢癌生物学行为及中医药干预策略进行综述,为中医药防治卵巢癌的理论和机制研究提供新的思路。
The mortality rate of ovarian cancer ranks the first in gynecological tumors,which seriously threatens women’s health and life.In recent years,tumor microenvironment has gradually been considered to play a key role in ovarian cancer metastasis.Immune microenvironment is an important part of tumor microenvironment.Tumor immune interaction between immunosuppressive cells and molecules,related cytokines and exosomes provides favorable conditions for invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.The regulation of tumor immune microenvironment by traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-system,multi-target,multi-link and integrity.This paper reviews the relationship between tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment,biological behavior of ovarian cancer and intervention strategies of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide new ideas for the research on the theory and mechanism of TCM prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer.
