摘要
乌梅是一种传统的补益中药,在临床上应用广泛。现代研究发现乌梅具有抑菌、止渴、抑制肾结石、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗变态反应、镇咳、镇静催眠、止泻、降血糖、降血脂、抑制黑素、凝血等作用。文章就近年来有关乌梅、乌梅炮制品以及乌梅提取物的相关药理作用进行综述,以期为乌梅的开发和应用提供参考。
Wumei(Mume Fructus),a traditional Chinese medicine,is widely used in clinic.Modern research has found that it has the functions of bacteriostasis,thirst quenching,kidney stone inhibition,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti allergy,antitussive,sedative and hypnotic,antidiarrheal,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,melanin inhibition,blood coagulation,etc.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of Wumei(Mume Fructus),processed products and extracts of Wumei(Mume Fructus)were reviewed in order to provide reference for the development and application of Wumei(Mume Fructus).
