摘要
目的研究韭菜子提取物对大鼠离体肠管运动的影响。方法以大鼠离体肠管作为研究对象,台式液为营养液,以肠管张力变化为指标,分别观察韭菜子提取物对乙酰胆碱和氯化钡收缩肠管作用,以及阿托品、异丙肾上腺素舒张肠管作用的影响。结果0.1~0.2 mg/mL韭菜子提取物能够显著舒张肠管,能拮抗乙酰胆碱和氯化钡对肠管的收缩作用并协同阿托品和异丙肾上腺素对肠管的舒张作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论韭菜子提取物对肠道平滑肌的运动有抑制作用,这可能是其治疗呃逆的作用基础之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Jiucaizi(Allii Tuberosi Semen)extract on intestinal activityin vitro in rats.Methods The contractility change of isolated intestinal smooth muscle strips in Tyrodesolution was monitored to study theantagonistic effects of Jiucaizi(Allii Tuberosi Semen)extracton acetylcholine or barium chloride on intestinal contraction,and the synergistic effects of atropine or isoproterenol on intestinal relaxation.Results 0.1-0.2 mg/mL Jiucaizi(Allii Tuberosi Semen)extract could significantly relax intestinal smooth muscle,antagonize the effect of acetylcholine or barium chloride and produce a synergistic effects of atropine or isoproterenol on intestinal activity(P<0.05 or<0.01).Conclusion Jiucaizi(Allii Tuberosi Semen)extract could inhibit intestinal smooth muscle,and it may be one of the basis of its treatment of hiccups.
