摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病率逐年升高,其发病机制尚不明确。西医以对症药物治疗为主,但这些药物存在如肝损伤等诸多不良反应。祖国医学中的针灸疗法因其具有针对性强、多靶点、多层次等特点日益受到关注。文章从非酒精性脂肪性肝病的西医发病机制、中医病因病机入手,进一步分析针灸防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病的作用机理,以期为针灸防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床应用提供一定的理论依据。
The incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease has increased year by year,but its pathogenesis is still unclear.Western medicine is mainly treated with symptomatic drugs,but these drugs have many adverse reactions such as liver damage.Acupuncture therapy in the motherland medicine has attracted more and more attention because of its targeted,multi-target and multi-level features and other characteristics.This article starts from the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and the pathogenesis of TCM,and further analyzes the mechanism of acupuncture therapy prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of Acupuncture therapy for prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
