摘要
大数据技术掀起了医疗服务制度变革的浪潮,促进了医疗服务制度体系中知识、组织、规则、文化等要素的流动与溢出。然而,在大数据技术驱动下,医疗服务制度结构的稳定性导致其内在要素配置呈现路径锁定状态,束缚了技术和制度间的互动与共融。其中,知识管理制约数据技术创新的科学性,组织建设冲击数据技术整合的协同性,规则设计阻碍数据技术应用的规范性,文化理念消解数据技术共享的普惠性。因此,在大数据场景中如何通过技术工具来调控医疗服务知识过程、健全医疗服务组织结构、优化医疗服务规则秩序、革新医疗服务文化语境,以提升医疗服务制度绩效便显得尤为重要。
Big data technology has set off a wave of reform of medical service system,which has promoted the flow and spillover of knowledge,organization,rules,culture and other elements in medical service system.However,under the driving of big data technology,the stability of medical service system structure leads to the path locking state of its internal element configuration,which restricts the interaction and integration between technology and system.Among them,knowledge management restricts the scientific nature of data technology innovation,organizational construction impacts the synergy of data technology integration,rule design hinders the standardization of data technology application,and cultural concept dispels the universality of data technology sharing.Therefore,how to regulate the medical service knowledge process,improve the medical service organization structure,optimize the medical service rules and order,and innovate the medical service culture context in the big data scenario,in order to improve the performance of the medical service system,is particularly important.
