摘要
目的探讨穴位注射联合肌电生物反馈治疗脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)患儿疗效及对运动发育和肢体平衡能力的影响。方法选取72例脑瘫患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上加予穴位注射联合肌电生物反馈治疗,评估两组临床疗效,对比治疗前及治疗3个月后的肢体运动发育情况[肌张力分级量表(Ashworh)评分、粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)Berg评分、精细运动功能量表(FMFM)评分]、肢体平衡能力[平衡量表(BBS)评分]及脑电功率(β波值、θ波值及θ/β比值)。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为94.44%(34/36),显著高于对照组的72.22%(26/36)(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组Ashworh评分较治疗前得以显著降低(P<0.05),GMFM评分、FMFM评分较治疗前得以显著提高(P<0.05),两组BBS量表中关于静态评分、动态评分及总分较治疗前有显著性提高(P<0.05),两组脑电功率中β波值较治疗前显著性提高(P<0.05),治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),θ波值及θ/β比值较治疗前显著性下降(P<0.05),以上指标治疗组变化幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射联合肌电生物反馈治疗应用于脑瘫患儿的常规康复治疗中能提高临床疗效,促进患者肢体运动发育和肢体平衡能力提高,改善其脑功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint injection combined with electromyographic biofeedback in the treatment of children patients with cerebral palsy and its influence on motor development and limb balance ability.Methods A toal of 72 children patients with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment and the treatment group was given acupoint injection combined with electromyographic biofeedback treatment on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the limb motor development[muscle tension rating scale(Ashworh)score,gross motor function measure(GMFM)score,fine motor function measure(FMFM)score],limb balance ability[Berg balance scale(BBS)score]and electroencephalogram(EEG)power(βwave value,θwave value andθ/βratio)were compared before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(94.44%vs 72.22%)(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Ashworh score of the two groups was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)while the GMFM score and FMFM score were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of static state and dynamic state and total score of BBS scale in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and theβwave value in the EEG power of the two groups was significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the value in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and theθwave value andθ/βratio were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes of above indicators in treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy in the routine rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy can enhance the clinical efficacy,promote the limb motor development and limb balance,and improve the cerebral function.
