摘要
目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)病患采用胰激肽原酶以及木丹颗粒治疗作用。方法选择在盘锦市中心医院开展治疗的84例DPN病患为研究样本,其研究时间均在2019年5月—2020年5月。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(42例)以及试验组(42例),予以常规组病患胰激肽原酶治疗,予以实验组病患胰激肽原酶以及木丹颗粒治疗。对比每组病患治疗总有效率;用药前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平;用药前后多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)得分;用药前后神经传导速度。结果实验组与常规组病患治疗总有效率依次是95.24%(40/42)、80.95%(34/42)(P<0.05)。用药后,实验组病患SOD水平高于常规组,hs-CRP水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。用药后,实验组病患TCSS得分低于常规组(P<0.05)。用药后,实验组病患在右胫神经、左胫神经、右腓总神经以及左腓总神经方面传导速度均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论DPN病患采用胰激肽原酶以及木丹颗粒治疗能够提升治疗效果,提高SOD水平,降低hs-CRP水平,改善病患神经感觉功能,加快神经传导速度,发挥一定干预效果。
Objective To study the effects of kallidinogenase and Mudan Granule(木丹颗粒)in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients.Methods A total of 84 DPN patients treated from May 2019 to May 2020 in the hospital were chosen as research samples.According to random permutation method,patients were assigned to routine group(kallidinogenase,42 cases)and test group(kallidinogenase and Mudan Granule,42 cases).Group contrasts were performed through the total effective rate,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)scores and nerve conduction velocity.Results The total effective rate in the test group and routine group was 95.24%(40/42)and 80.95%(34/42),respectively(P<0.05).SOD levels in the test group were higher than those of the routine group.The hs-CRP levels were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).TCSS scores in the test group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The right and left peroneal nerve,right and left common peroneal nerve conduction velocity in the test group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kallidinogenase combined with Mudan Granule can reduce serum hs-CRP levels and improve the treatment effects,SOD levels,neural function and nerve conduction velocity.
