摘要
目的观察益心汤治疗阳虚痰瘀互阻证房颤患者的临床疗效。方法选取至上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院就诊且辨证为阳虚痰瘀互阻证房颤患者72例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组予西药常规基础治疗。治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上加用益心汤。疗程均为3个月,观察两组房颤患者临床疗效。结果治疗组中医证候总疗效为86.7%(26/30),显著优于对照组[58.1%(18/31),P<0.05]。治疗组可显著的改善房颤患者中医证候,减轻心悸、胸闷、气短的程度;减少阵发性房颤发作次数及持续时间。结论益心汤治疗房颤安全有效,能显著地改善患者中医证候,降低阵发性房颤的发作次数及持续时间。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Yixin Decoction(益心汤)to treat atrial fibrillation.Method A total of 72 patients in Shanghai Yueyang Hospital diagnosed as atrial fibrillation of Yang deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the test group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The test group was treated with Western medicine and Yixin Decoction.After three months,we compared the clinical efficacy,episodes and duration of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Result The total effective rate of the test group was 86.7%(26/30),significantly better than that of the control group[58.1%(18/31),P<0.05].The test group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,relieve the degree of heart palpitations,chest tightness and shortness of breath,and reduce the onset and duration of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Conclusion Yixin Decoction is safe and effective.It can improve the TCM symptom,reduce the recurrence and duration of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
