摘要
线粒体是一种高度动态的细胞器,线粒体动力学与心血管疾病的发生息息相关。大量的证据表明在心血管疾病中线粒体分裂存在异常,主要与分裂蛋白Drp1相关。Drp1是线粒体分裂关键蛋白,在机体的生理病理中都至关重要。多项研究结果提示Drp1与线粒体氧化应激、线粒体ATP代谢、线粒体膜电位稳定和线粒体凋亡以及细胞内钙稳态密切相关,是治疗心血管疾病的一个有希望的靶点。该文将对Drp1介导线粒体动力学失衡进行梳理,并介绍中医药在其中取得的成果,阐述中医药通过Drp1治疗心血管疾病的潜力及目前存在的问题。
Mitochondria is highly dynamic organelles,which are closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases.Growing evidences show that mitochondrial division is abnormal in cardiovascular diseases,which is mainly related to the mitotic protein Drp1.Drp1 is a key protein of mitochondrion division,which plays an important role in physiology and pathology.Many studies suggest that Drp1 is closely related to mitochondrial oxidative stress,mitochondrial ATP metabolism,mitochondrial membrane potential stability,mitochondrial apoptosis and intracellular calcium homeostasis,which is a promising target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.In this paper,we reviewed the mitochondrial dynamics imbalance mediated by Drp1,introduced the achievements of traditional Chinese medicine in it,and elaborated the potential and existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases through Drp1.
