摘要
张景岳博采前人之精义,考验心得之玄微,启发治消之新思。概括起来,主要有:察辨虚实,谨分阴阳;治病求本,本于命门;阴阳互济,水火贵形;釜底加薪,独治阳虚;用药专精,配伍巧当五大特点。其学术思想与仲景一脉相承,补充并发展仲景之说。张景岳对阳虚消渴有其独到认识,创用釜底加薪之法,为后世益气温阳法治疗消渴的奠定基础,影响深远。
ZHANG Jingyue collected the essence of predecessors,his experience and inspired new thoughts on governance and elimination.To sum up,the five main characteristics include distinguishing deficiency and excess,differentiating Yin and Yang;treating the root and the root is the gate of life;Yin and Yang can nourish each other;treating Yang deficiency alone;the specialty and compatibility of prescriptions.His academic thought was in line and had complemented and developed Zhongjing′s theory.ZHANG Jingyue has his unique understanding of diabetes due to Yang deficiency.He had created the method of warming Yang when there was heat symptoms caused by Yang deficiency,and had laid a foundation for future generations to treat diabetes with warming Yang and benefiting Qi method,with a far-reaching influence.
