大熊猫髓过氧化物酶蛋白生物信息学分析

摘要 研究旨在深入了解大熊猫髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)的氨基酸组成、结构特性、稳定性、亲疏水性及其互作蛋白。试验通过使用ProtParam、MEGA等工具软件对大熊猫MPO氨基酸序列进行生物信息学分析。结果显示:大熊猫MPO蛋白含有719个氨基酸,是稳定的亲水性蛋白,不具有跨膜结构。大熊猫MPO蛋白二级结构以无规则卷曲为主,三级结构由α螺旋、无规则卷曲等结构折叠缠绕形成。大熊猫MPO蛋白在第22~23号氨基酸之间剪切后形成一个信号肽。大熊猫MPO蛋白与棕熊、北极熊处于同一进化分支。研究表明,试验对MPO蛋白的分子结构与功能的分析可为后续进一步开展大熊猫MPO基因的功能研究提供参考。 The purpose of the study was to deeply understand the amino acid composition, structural characteristics,stability, hydrophobicity and interaction proteins of giant panda myeloperoxidase(MPO). In the experiment, used ProtParam, MEGA and other tool software to perform bioinformatics analysis on the amino acid sequence of giant panda MPO. The results showed that the giant panda MPO protein contained 719 amino acids, which was a stable hydrophilic protein without transmembrane structure. The secondary structure of the protein was mainly irregular curly. Its tertiary structure mainly consisted of α helix and random coil. The protein was cleaved between 22^(th)and 23^(th)amino acid to form a signal peptide. The constructed evolutionary tree showed that the giant panda MPO protein was in the same evolutionary branch with brown bear and polar bear. The study indicates that the analysis of the molecular structure and function of MPO protein in the experiment can provide reference for further research on the function of giant panda MPO gene.
