摘要
职业教育知识过密化现象实质是知识"数量增加"的表象掩盖了"质量停滞"的本质问题,从而使职业院校陷入"知识投入"与"效果产出"非线性矛盾的"思维陷阱",客观上阻滞了职业教育高质量发展。追溯知识过密化概念的历史渊源,并从教育学角度来考量知识过密化的存在性,发现职业教育知识过密化存在着知识增长、课程多样、学生价值、知识呈现四种形态假象。因此,为了规避知识过密化,可采取以下策略:重塑职业教育知识观,建构职业院校知识增长新"范式",破解知识数量与知识价值的二元对立思维;解构职业教育课程结构,生成职业院校专业课程生态体系,厘清知识种类与知识边界的混沌状态;秉持人的全方面发展观,构建职业院校"道""术"融合的立体化育人体系,实现学生知识育人与价值塑造和谐共生;坚持适切性原则,搭建职业院校多元一体化的教学媒介平台,化解知识呈现多样化与教学效率低效的困顿状态。
The essence of the phenomenon of over-densification of knowledge in vocational education is that the surface features of“increased quantity”of knowledge conceals the essential problem of its“auality stagnation”,which makes vocational schools fall into the“thinking trap”of nonlinear contradiction between“knowledge input”and“effect output”,and that objectively hinders the high-quality development of vocational education.Tracing back to the historical origin of the concept of overdensification of knowledge,and thinking about the existence of over-densification of knowledge based on the perspective of pedagogy,it is found that there are four illusions in the over-densification of knowledge in vocational education respectively:knowledge growth,curriculum diversification,student value and knowledge presentation.On this basis,we propose strategies to avoid knowledge“over-densification”,such as reshaping the knowledge concept of vocational education,constructing a new“paradigm”of knowledge growth in vocational colleges,and breaking the opposite dualistic thinking between the quantity of knowledge and the value of knowledge;deconstructing the curriculum structure of vocational education,generating a professional curriculum ecosystem of vocational colleges,and clarify the chaotic state of knowledge types and knowledge boundaries;adhering to the all-round development view of people,building a education system that integrates“theory”and“skills”in vocational colleges,and realizing the harmonious symbiosis of knowledge education and value shaping to students;adhering to the principle of apposite,building a diversified and integrated teaching media platform for vocational colleges,and resolving the difficult state of diversified knowledge and low teaching efficiency.
