摘要
思政课作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,具有覆盖大中小学学习全过程、融入大中小学学生生活全领域等特性,在学生的成长成才过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。但长期以来,思政课在育人过程中却存在诸如学段间、课程间内容过度重复衔接性不高,大中小学教师"各管一段"、"背靠背"教学,中小学思政课教师不顾后、大学思政课教师不瞻前等问题,忽视了思想政治教育的整体性、连贯性,无法实现思想政治理论课教学的总体目标。面对世界百年未有之大变局,思政课建设必须站在为党育人、为国育才的高度,统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设,厘清各学段的课程目标,明确不同学段教材的难易度和区分度,根据学生成长规律推进大中小学思政课教学内容兼顾交融,搭建平台,为实现大中小学思政课教育教学三个层级的循序渐进和有效衔接,提供相应的政策指引及体制保障。
As a key course to implement the basic task of moral education,ideological and political theory courses,which have covered the whole school education and integrated in the entire school life,plays an irreplaceable role in the process of students’growth.However,there are some limitations for a longtime in the process of the education:excessive repetition in contents between sections and courses;lack of cohesion between stages;disjointed management and teaching;teachers in primary and secondary schools ignoring the coming stages of study while university teachers ignoring the previous ones;and everyone acting in their own way.Teachers ignore the integrity and coherence and fail to realize the overall goal of ideological and political education.Facing the world’s unprecedented changes in a century,teachers must construct the ideological and political theory course system on the level of cultivating talents for both the Party and country,and promote the integrated construction of the courses,which should clarify the goals of each stage,and compile textbooks with difficulties and discrimination of different stages.It is also necessary to promote and establish the blending of the course according to growth patterns of students,and to create a platform to offer policy guidance and institutional guarantee for achieving the goal of building up gradual and effective connection of three levels.
