摘要
作为"双一流"建设的推进机制,学科联盟具有加强高校师资队伍建设、促进学科资源整合与再利用、增强学科国际竞争力的现实意义。以我国6个学科联盟为分析对象开展深入研究,发现当前学科联盟呈现出重视学科建设与社会服务、注重遵循学科发展内部逻辑、应用学科和自然科学居多、突出问题导向的特点。通过深入分析,发现学科联盟也存在着受政策驱动以及内部冲突影响而造成的速成化与浅表化、功利主义所造成的使命游离与异化、重点建设思维与精英主义价值取向所造成的学术垄断与排他主义等问题。对此,需要通过加强政策引导与支持,营造良好的外部环境、加强制度建设,强化组织凝聚力、回归育人初心,明确立德树人之本、转变思想观念,树立"四个意识"等策略完善。
As the promotion mechanism of“Double World-class”construction,discipline alliance has the practical significance of strengthening the construction of faculty,promoting the integration and reuse of discipline resources,and enhancing the international competitiveness of disciplines.With six university discipline alliances in China as the research object,it is found that the current university discipline alliances are characterized by paying more attention to discipline construction and social services,following the internal logic of discipline development,applying disciplines and natural sciences in the majority,and highlighting problem orientation.However,through in-depth analysis,it is found that there are also some problems in discipline alliance,such as the acceleration and superficialization caused by policy driven and internal conflict,mission dissociation and alienation caused by utilitarianism,academic monopoly and exclusivism caused by key construction thinking and elitism value orientation.In this regard,we need to strengthen policy guidance and support,create a good external environment,strengthen system construction,strengthen organizational cohesion,return to the original intention of educating people,make clear the foundation of moral education,change ideas,and establish“Four Consciousness”and other strategies.
