摘要
高校优良学风培育是一个复杂的持续性系统工程,其作为一个开放系统,整体呈现非平衡态、具有交互的非线性关系和突变“涨落”机制的特征,从客观条件上看,符合耗散结构的基本特征。本文在依托耗散结构理论的分析下,根据与其高度密切的熵变理论,在简要分析和探讨后,揭示了优良学风培育从无序到有序状态的演变。同时,结合本校相关情况,提出了以学校、教师、学生为主体,各要素相互作用的浅析与具体化对策,意在未来实践中,发挥优良学风的活力与效力。
The cultivation of good style of study in colleges and universities is a complex and continuous system engineering.As an open system,it presents the characteristics of non-equilibrium,interactive nonlinear relationship and abrupt fluctuation mechanism.From the objective conditions,it conforms to the basic characteristics of dissipative structure.Based on the analysis of dissipative structure theory and the entropy change theory closely related to it,after a brief analysis and discussion,this paper reveals the evolution of excellent learning style cultivation from disorder to order.At the same time,combined with the relevant situation of our school,this paper puts forward the analysis and concrete countermeasures of the interaction of various factors with the school,teachers and students as the main body,aiming to give play to the vitality and effectiveness of excellent learning style in the future practice.
