摘要
在农村中小学的教育教学实践中,广大农村中小学班主任和各科教师承担着大量心理健康教育的工作任务。为探讨该群体开展心理健康教育工作的能力,从胜任力的视角出发,尝试通过行为事件访谈法构建农村中小学教师心理健康教育胜任力模型。该模型包含乡村情怀、能力技巧、人格特质、自我调整、知识积累和伦理规范六个维度,合计包含21个具体的特征,每个维度都包括这21个具体特征中的一个或多个。其中一部分属于鉴别性特征,即能够将特定工作中的一般绩效者与卓越绩效者区分开的特质;另一部分属于基准性特征,即胜任某项工具需要具备的一些基础的特质。该模型的构建,可为进一步探究农村中小学教师心理健康教育胜任力的评估、测量和提升提供一定的参考借鉴。
In the practice of education and teaching in rural primary and secondary schools,the class teachers and teachers of various subjects in rural primary and secondary schools bear a lot of tasks of mental health education.In order to explore the ability of this group to carry out mental health education,from the perspective of competency,this study attempts to construct a competency model of mental health education for rural primary and secondary school teachers through Behavioral Event Interviews.The model includes six dimensions:village feelings,ability skills,personality traits,self-adjustment,knowledge accumulation and ethical norms,which altogether contain 21 specific characteristics,and each dimension includes one or more of these 21 specific characteristics.Some of them are discriminative characteristics,that is,characteristics that can distinguish average performers from high performers in a particular job.The other part is benchmark characteristics,that is,some of the basic characteristics that a tool needs to be competent.The construction of this model can provide some reference for further exploring the assessment,measurement and promotion of mental health education competence of rural primary and secondary school teachers.
